What I'm like at work
I try by best to practice intention in all areas of my life. When it comes to my work environment, I am constantly reflecting on how I want to feel and others to feel about me in a space where I spend a significant amount of time in. Two of my strongest workstyle traits are my creativity and curiosity. If something isn't working, I want to be open to trying and learning what we could do better to ensure everyone is seen and heard.
Full storyMy areas for growth
I often don't consider accomplishing a goal the outcome for success. I try to center learning and reiterative work and am willing to accept that something may not be ready, or needs more work, over the need to accomplish a goal. In addition, I find that my decision making is collaborative-based rather than outcome-based meaning that if it came down to making a decision promptly despite uncertainty, I would lean into unpacking where the uncertainty is to determine if the decision needs to be revisited or refocused rather than ensuring the decision is made.
