As a leader one of the most important tools to have is great communication skills, so focusing on managing my and others' feelings during conflicting times it's a key skill to have. Communicating vision and purpose better is important as I value empowering everyone you work with as one of the most important tasks a leader has. Work-life balance is something I've been struggling with for the past years, but lately has been critical and clearly, it's impacting both my personal and professional life goals and day-to-day.
