I get energy from being around other people. When possible, I like to meet in person. At the very least, I prefer a quick call/zoom meeting rather than an email if the question requires more than a paragraph response, or if the message will kick off an ongoing exchange.

What I'm like at work
I love collaborative environments and do best when I can work with others in person (or at least via zoom). Although there are times where emails/chats are more efficient, I typically prefer to speak directly with someone to optimize for efficiency as well as to ensure that things aren't lost in translation over text (i.e tone can be misinterpreted).
