I still think there is room to improve meeting structure for more effective time management. For example, we could rework the weekly operator meeting similar to how we are planning to rework the strategic tech meeting. This could include more frequent touchpoints with DeAnn, and quick monday morning standups with just CA/DI to discuss the work we are doing (for ex. an outstanding issue in wireless processing, we would meet later that day anyways so why not turn this into 1 meeting instead of 2) rather than announce the status of projects, since status is now accessible to everyone via monday.com and also CA/DI is actively involved in the projects/status.

Lauren is a great team player! She's extremely hard working when it comes to major projects that have strict deadlines and makes sure to find solutions right away if any immediate issues rises. Lauren has a eye for detail and has all the qualities that an analyst/researcher should posses. She sees more in depth of things, things normally people would miss she catches on to right away which is impressive.

I don't like my time wasted and I don't like wasting other people's time, so meeting agendas or pre-work before meetings is awesome. I'm fine with small talk for the first 5-10 minutes of meetings and think it's key to make people feel comfortable and less 'on' all the time. I will always ask 'why' things are done the way they are so I can understand if it has to be done that way for a reason or if there is opportunity to optimize.
