Functional executor: I love driving projects from the ground up. Doing the task gets me fired up.Some mix of execution and strategy. I love doing tasks and the high-level strategy conversations.

Honestly both of these, but I am not afraid to say I love executing and being in the weeds. I think we often see "moving up" as moving to only strategy, but I think I need some execution work in my life.
