I've spent ~8 years recruiting for tech companies ranging in size from 2 founders to helping scale Coinbase from 75-600+ employees. After 2.5 years of working at an agency, I moved from Boise to join Uber's Advanced Technology Group Security team in 2016. Then I learned about a crazy thing called cryptocurrency and joined Coinbase as the ~70th full-time employee. What a wild ride from ~70-600. I was then recruited to scale BitMex's US office from ~12-75. After this, I moved back home to Boise to start my own boutique recruiting firm and work with some of the best mates I've ever known.
