How I try to show up at work
Why, why, why? Why are we doing what we are doing? I need a clear vision of what we are doing with clear expectations of the end results. IF we don't have a starting point and an intended end goal then we need to figure this out ASAP or I will not be motivated to perform. Give me the play book and let's execute!
