How I try to show up at work
I need a "safe space" - I can be very social - so office life was not a very productive place for me. I choose the fun stuff over the work stuff totally unintentionally - I would find myself in lengthy conversations with colleagues because I am genuinely interested in what they're about. I've found working from my home office (not a poolside somewhere exotic) has completely turned my ability to focus around and tap into my hyper-focus power to get things done effectively and efficiently. I still want to check in on people and make sure they're ok and this allows me to make provision for that and be more intentional about it.

Being time blind when not reigned in -I'm working on how to be highly productive given my challenges. I've found ways to be most productive and to get things done by "game-ifying" work when traditional hacks don't quite last. I want this to effectively focus on what needs to be done to deliver output without procrastination because it affects where my "after-work" life negatively. I must say in the last three months I've made leaps and bounds and I'm excited about the future.

Our lives are connected by a thousand invisible threads, and along these sympathetic fibers, our actions run as causes and return to us as results"
