Most fulfilling project I've worked on

Launching THE Josh Abbott as the new voice of Dairy Queen in Texas.

I got to strategize a campaign announcing his new sing-out for the jingle with a full social media kit that included Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok as well as directing the BTS video that the kit lead to. It doesn't hurt that in 2022, we won awards for the work either.

Two of these goals are rooted in confidence building. I have struggled in the past with speaking up when I have a great idea and eloquently sharing my point of view when in conflict. If I can build my confidence up, I can break through into more areas of by field that I have yet to touch. As for fostering high-performance teamwork: Although I believe I work extremely effectively in team environments, I want to foster an increased passion in my peers so that we can produce higher-quality work.

It's important to me that there are no stereotypical divides between different departments and that harmony in the workplace is prioritized.
