You will make my freakin day if you…
I don't need public praise, or recognition. I just appreciate when people share problems, open up and get involved in helping to build Scout through ideas and getting things done.

Things that deeply motivate me…
I'm competitive, and satisfied by hitting the finish line, so love getting things done and moving onto the next thing. I also get real satisfaction from being around others and helping to fix things.

I really admire teammates who are…
Open, humble, and hard-working. Chip in, get sh*t done and find the fun.
I dont feel like I'm overly loud or cocky, so work better with others who succeed and win quietly, without the fanfare. I like to think I do things for the benefit of the business not, me, so like to see that quality in others too- people who can step back and see the benefit to the whole team, not just to them.

Working slowly, or taking too long to action things. Dont like asking twice
Because I naturally work fast (too fast, which is sometimes a negative), but it just goes against my natural tendencies. I don't like asking twice because it makes me feel as though it's been ignored or seen as not important the first time.
Full storyHow I try to show up at work
I thrive when I can put the right foundations, tools and processes in place to enable people to do what they need to do in their own way without micro-management. I also thrive off pace, getting things done quickly.
