I like to get feedback when its given…

in the moment1:1face to faceidc just tell mewith contextwith examples

Just tell me. I won't react aggressively, I feel I am humble and open to criticism. And I want to learn and be better. I can only do that if you give me honest feedback.

I'm energized at work by…

asyncgetting sh*t done.solving problemshelping others succeed

Seeing others in-person

You will make my freakin day if you…

share a problemshare an idea

I don't need public praise, or recognition. I just appreciate when people share problems, open up and get involved in helping to build Scout through ideas and getting things done.

How I stand out

Stays composed throughout conflict or difficult situationsPrioritizes common good over self-interestMaintains clear long term vision that drives decision makingFosters high performance teamworkCollaborates effectively with teammates

My Achilles Heel is…

I sometimes rush decisions or work too quickly, without input from others

Tell me I've f*cked up and put me in my place- I'm working hard to slow down at times.

When I'm stressed, you might notice me…

Go quiet, or seem distracted.

Ask me what's up?

Things that deeply motivate me…

Winning 🥇Helping others ❤️Getting things done ✅Working with people I love 🥰

I'm competitive, and satisfied by hitting the finish line, so love getting things done and moving onto the next thing. I also get real satisfaction from being around others and helping to fix things.

My areas for growth

Makes decisions promptly, even with uncertaintyWilling to openly have difficult conversationsMaintains effective work life balance

I want to be better re: candidness with people, approaching tough conversations in the right way. Also working on learning my craft more within Ops (OKR's, process improvement etc)

I really admire teammates who are…

Open, humble, and hard-working. Chip in, get sh*t done and find the fun.

I dont feel like I'm overly loud or cocky, so work better with others who succeed and win quietly, without the fanfare. I like to think I do things for the benefit of the business not, me, so like to see that quality in others too- people who can step back and see the benefit to the whole team, not just to them.

Something that drives me crazy 😵‍💫 🤬

Working slowly, or taking too long to action things. Dont like asking twice

Because I naturally work fast (too fast, which is sometimes a negative), but it just goes against my natural tendencies. I don't like asking twice because it makes me feel as though it's been ignored or seen as not important the first time.

How I try to show up at work

I thrive when I can put the right foundations, tools and processes in place to enable people to do what they need to do in their own way without micro-management. I also thrive off pace, getting things done quickly.
