Full storyMy superpowers
These things are my superpowers at work because I have a strong, inner sense of devotion to God and His plan as He reveals it to me. I'm committed to this internally and I'm future/eternity-oriented so it naturally flows out into vision and strategy. I'm very verbal so I work hard to communicate the purpose and vision that drives me, and I'm willing to have difficult conversations to advocate for that vision, be sure that it's understood, and to resolve conflicts around it. These conversations also help me to process and further solidify or make changes to that vision. In short, I'm driven by a desire to stay true to an eternal vision, and I need to process that with people through communication to stay on that path.
