I like to get feedback when its given…

face to faceidc just tell mewith contextwith examples

I can be defensive when confronted with something someone sees as a problem with me, but I do listen and think about what is said and often make changes...after some time to think on it.

My core values

These are areas where I feel fulfilled and where I thrive.

Outside of work, you'll find me...

watching soccerfixing somethingworking on a project

guitar, swimming

I learn best by…

doing ithearing someone explain it

I learn a lot through listening and experimenting with things for myself. I love to find creative solutions to problems or just new ways to do ordinary things.

You will make my freakin day if you…

respect my spacejam with meshare an idea

It's also really helpful when someone is willing to listen to me ramble and process things.

When I'm stressed, you might notice me…

become very directive and intense. I can also be distant and uncaring.

The best way to help me when I'm stressed is to take something off my plate and/or leave me to myself for a time.

My areas for growth

Maintains effective work life balanceMentors and develops teammates for their growthCreates warm, caring relationships with teammates

Working on these things would help me achieve my full potential because having a better balance and focusing more on others will help me be more at peace and more effective in reaching people. Also, part of my role as team leader is to mentor and develop teammates and that's easier to do from a place of caring.

How I stand out

Stays true to own values with integrityMaintains clear long term vision that drives decision makingClearly communicates purpose and visionIntentional and strategic project planningWilling to openly have difficult conversations

These things are my superpowers at work because I have a strong, inner sense of devotion to God and His plan as He reveals it to me. I'm committed to this internally and I'm future/eternity-oriented so it naturally flows out into vision and strategy. I'm very verbal so I work hard to communicate the purpose and vision that drives me, and I'm willing to have difficult conversations to advocate for that vision, be sure that it's understood, and to resolve conflicts around it. These conversations also help me to process and further solidify or make changes to that vision. In short, I'm driven by a desire to stay true to an eternal vision, and I need to process that with people through communication to stay on that path.
