I'm learning to be more comfortable with uncertainty. The logical part of me often tends to overthink things by trying to assess all possibilities and outcomes, but in many cases that turns out to be a futile exercise. One of my best takeaways from working with startups is to experiment quickly, learn fast from mistakes, and iterate accordingly. I'm working on being more decisive and making the most informed decisions with the best knowledge I have. I've gotten better at handling difficult conversations, but I know I can improve by having those conversations sooner rather than later. I strive for harmony and would like to think that I'm a diplomatic person, but that makes me adverse to conflict. I'm learning to move faster by actively vocalizing/surfacing issues as they arise, and not wait for things to deteriorate further before addressing them.
