A bit about me...

As someone who gravitates towards mission-driven organizations, I spent my early career as a generalist at local and global nonprofits, with roles in project management, fundraising, and stakeholder relations. As gratifying as it was to witness the impact of these incredible organizations on the communities they serve, the constant financial and organizational challenges led me to pursue an MBA and make a career change. I crave to be part of an agile, scalable organization that sits at the intersection between profit and purpose, and found my fit in the startup world. In recent years, I've been focused on the Future of Work industry, including roles at HR tech companies that are humanizing the recruiting and culture-building process. I believe in the importance of helping people find meaning and belonging at work since careers are such a huge part of our identities. I love working with startups that make it easier for companies and candidates to build transparency, authenticity, and trust with each other.
