How I try to show up at work

ThoughtfulCreativeResourcefulEnthusiastic

You may mistake me for an extrovert, but I'm actually half introverted/half extroverted. While I enjoy working closely on a team, I also need time to decompress and process my thoughts and focus on independent work. Due to my busy schedule, sometimes the only opportunity for this introverted time is early in the mornings or while I'm working from an airport or plane. This is sacred time for me! My work pace fluctuates. At times, I may appear incredibly product and deliver a flurry of new ideas and concepts, but that level of productivity is usually preceded by a period of time where I am researching, reading, and thinking on my own.
