How I try to show up at work


I love putting on the analytical hat and work on architecture design solutions. The meetings that I love are the brainstorming meetings where, as a group, we solve common problems. I value collaboration and communication very highly, and in-person, direct communication in lieu of email or chats is what I prefer and encourage among team members. I would like roles and titles to be utilized for ease of administration and corporate governance and that teams should work together to solve business problems without dealing with titles and hierarchy.

I need to improve on communicating more frequently. Usually I end up evaluating and measuring my ideas and thoughts a lot before contributing questions in a group setting. I think I evaluate and try to be sure its valid and relevant before contributing to group discussions
