I am more productive in the mornings. 
And I don't like meetings unless they are very necessary. In my previous profession, I had bosses who wanted to call meetings just because... 
I think it was their way to assert their leadership (WRONG!)

I don't like micromanaging (or being micromanaged) and quite the contrary I prefer those who bring their own contribution and ideas to work
