My areas for growth

Maintains effective work life balanceWilling to openly have difficult conversationsConsistently hits goals and is a high performer

1. It's important to me to maintain an effective work/life balance - working in the performance venue/entertainment industry it's difficult to not not work over a typical 40+ hour work week with many show dates/events on the calendar. I feel like recently I've tried to take time when needed and hope to continue maintaining that balance while making it even more of a priority. Being physically and mentally in a good place allows me to produce the best quality of work and perform my very best overall. 2. Sometimes communication is difficult especially with new staff or if it's a tough topic. I want to improve on having more difficult conversations as well as really thinking through what I want to say before communicating. 3. Consistently hitting goals and being a high performer is important to me and can always be improved.

How I stand out

Prioritizes common good over self-interestStays composed throughout conflict or difficult situationsInvests and is interested in personal and professional growthCollaborates effectively with teammatesFosters high performance teamwork

1. I prioritize the common good because I want to do what's best for everyone in the room if possible (Venue, Staff, Patrons, etc.) 2. I believe I'm able to control feelings of stress and/or feeling overwhelmed etc. in difficult situations and/or conflict in the workplace. 3. I invest in my personal and professional growth because who I am in life and in my career is extremely important to me therefore it's a priority. 4. I believe being an all around team player is important in the workplace and in life because there's constant interaction with new staff, clients, and patrons we face every day. I love knowing I can count on others who can count on me in the same way. 5. High performance from all team members is important to me because I set a high standard for my own work, kind of going hand in hand with effectively collaborating with teammates. I love having teammates who perform on the same level if not better than I do - coworkers who are willing to work a 14 hour day with me including picking up trash in between 2 sold out Taylor Tomlinson comedy shows - those people are why I foster high performance in the workplace.
