I'm energized at work by…
I'm a big LFG gal. Let's get sh*t done baby!
Full storyI like to get feedback when its given…
I prefer to stay away from feedback in writing because I think tonality is so important - however, as long as it's led with context, examples, and kindness, I'm gucci.
Full storyA fun fact about me is…
I am an absolute die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. Also, my dog is my son and you can't convince me otherwise haha.
Full storyMy core values
To be fair, my reputation means the world to me. I work really hard to make sure when someone says "go to Sabrina, she'll get it done", that remains to be true and exceeds their exceptions. I take a lot of pride in my work and my reputation for the kind of work I do. In addition, to how I make people feel. Fighting for the underdog... don't even get me started. LFG.
Full storyThings that deeply motivate me…
I'm extremely goal oriented when it comes to success (whatever that may look like in any given chapter of my life/profession). I'm first generation in my family - my oldest brother was born in Israel and my middle brother born in Ukraine. I grew up with a very motivating upbringing from my mom: "you can do anything you want to do if you work hard enough, have a positive outlook, and learn from your mistakes", whereas my dad's mantra: "be nice, be happy". A beautiful balance between my parents, if I do say so myself.
Full storyWhat I'm like at work
It makes me happy to see people succeed. It's why I (unintentionally) started my career in recruiting - helping people land their dream jobs through intriguing questions and coaching. Ultimately, helping them maximize their full potential. I try to lead with support and positivity in everything I do. Based on who I'm working with, I might have to remind myself several times in the same meeting (LOL), but I try to always assume best intent as well. I feel like there aren't enough people appreciating, praising, and recognizing their teammates these days - I'm THAT girl!
Full storyMy workplace setup
I try to bring my most authentic self to work every damn day. I will have my true background on as well. Tbh, my lucky coworkers - they usually get to stare at my pup on the couch for our whole meeting haha. Cozy, comfortable, authentic - that's my vibe.
Full storyMy areas for growth
1. Efficiency, cost-effectiveness, employee satisfaction, & strategic alignment: optimizing and proper resource allocation to prevent burnout leading to higher morale and retention rates along with enhancing the company's overall performance. Also, this can really help me do more effectively by bringing the right* people in at the right time.
2. Collaboration, employee engagement, & skill development: fostering high-performance teams provides opportunities for professional growth, more collaboration, creativity, problem-solving, and job satisfaction.
3. I really struggle here, but I think this is due to the nature of our company and LT lack of alignment to help me create these visions/make decisions. Overall, Looking for some decision making guidance when stakeholders can't align + consistent change of initiatives and priorities.
