Banxware
I've been moving around. Born in Uzbekistan, lived and studied in Riga, Latvia, then 10 years in Moscow, Russia. Now, I ended up in Germany. I've worked most of my carrier for large companies and corporates with established cultures and workflows primarily in Russia and neighbouring countries. Several years of freelancing helped me to break out of the boundaries and start working with people from all over the world. Banxware became a sort of experiment, whether startup would work and offer more opportunities and be a comfortable environment to work or not. Interview was curious as well, built around algorithms, performance. Not a common requirement for a small company. Banxware is the first place where I work full time using a foreign language as well.
