I like my team to be super organised, to balance out my sometimes more chaotic work traits. I hate when people complain except when it's paired with an openminded attitude towards active change. I want to work in an egalitarian environment, where everyone's suggestions are equally valuable. Most importantly, I need my team to share my passion for creative publishing of all our content.
