I think working with other smart people makes us better. I never want to be the smartest person in a room and I always open to learning from those around me. I think a lot of work gets done through positive relationships and so I invest in those those- understanding who my colleagues are, what they are great at and how I can support them. I also believe in facts and using information to support solid, thoughtful decision making.
