How I try to show up at work


I like structured meetings and structured communication. I need large blocks of time to get work done and think. I prefer asynchronous communication when possible. I don't need a 30 min meeting for a generic status update. I like collaborating and innovating in teams and meetings, but only when the team is prepared.
