How I stand out

Willing to openly have difficult conversationsIntentional and strategic project planningInvests and is interested in personal and professional growthMaintains effective work life balancePrioritizes common good over self-interest

Success should not measured by how much we can avoid failures, risks or difficult conversations, but how we overcome them head on. Planning out our moves and what we do next doesn’t mean we cant be flexible, it’s about knowing what our impact is and prevents us from getting distracted. Personal growth is not just about promotions or levelling up, it’s also about lighting that spark that we all have inside of us, that desire to be good at what we do and to make the things just a little bit better. Work-life balance is hugely relevant to prevent burn-out, I would much rather have a more sustainable, and predictable, pace in my team where we all cross the finish line together. There is also something to be said about down-time to allow our thoughts to catch up with us and allow great ideas to come to the forefront of our minds. Self-interest benefits one individual, a common good benefits many.
