I try my best to create a team culture that can work through difficult situations, because creating anything meaningful is just the result of navigating those situations consistently and successfully. I also am big on intentionality. WHY are we doing something? Why is NOW the right time? Is there a better/faster more efficient way? Can we manage and eliminate risk by staging our investment of time and resources?
