I don't use Slack currently and loved Home Alone as a kid. This was the Google image search of Slack Emojis that resonated with me.

I worry that my teammates might perceive me as…

I'm really not sure! I'd love to have more connectivity with my team.

Working fully remote in a performance-based role can be challenging to have those water cooler discussions. Internal relationships are just as important as client relationships in a consulting firm. I'd like to get better at connecting with my colleagues on a regular basis while making sure it's a good use of our time.

Things I'd love to learn

Leveraging my 10k-person database network that I've built over the years.

I love connecting with people and it's difficult to stay in touch with everyone over the years. We have great talents and together we can collaborate and have an even greater impact. I'd like to learn how to scale this dynamic.

How I stand out

Fosters high performance teamworkPrioritizes common good over self-interestConsistently hits goals and is a high performerStays true to own values with integrityMentors and develops teammates for their growth

I thrive in a high-performing environment. Holding each other to higher standards benefits everyone in fulfilling the organizational goals and objectives together. Having good intentions that are rooted in your morals/ethics/values allow for a healthy professional environment and the ability to sleep at night. There's only so far one can go with self-interests in mind. You must work as a team to build each other up and achieve greatness.

My areas for growth

Being a professional for almost 20 years, it's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day wins. I'd like to expand my impact by having larger goals and objectives in mind that I'm working towards over time.
