I think feedback is always important, especially 360 Feedback. However, if it comes out of no where it could be construed as a personal attack or offensive. Therefore, when giving feedback I like to get it with context. It also helps me understand where and how I can improve.

It is what I look forward to every summer. The days are always sunny and the nights are long. There is a childlike wonder that fills the air everywhere.

Things that deeply motivate me…
Working hard is imperative in any company you are in. However, if you have no motivators, it is harder to do good work. To me, it's important to have a good time in a workplace and outside of a job. The more you are happy and creating good memories, the more drive you will have to do better work which will in turn allow you to make those memories.
