I do my best work late at night because there are no meetings, emails, or fires to put out :) So if you hear from me at 3am, that's probably why. I prefer written status updates over verbal ones and limiting unnecessary meetings as much as possible. I operate with a high-trust, hands-off mentality, and love it when people come to the table with new ideas for how we can grow or improve.
