My superpowers
In taking a page from Simon Sinek's book on authentic leadership I am looking to create and further a world where the vast majority of people wake up every single morning inspired to go to work, feel safe when they're there, and go home fulfilled at the end of each day. In order to successfully achieve this lofty ideal it's important that I call back to the long-term mission and vision of my organization - holding it as paramount - tieing everything we do directly in service of furthering that very mission. By creating warm, caring, and inclusive relationships with my teammates I am able to foster and encourage ingenuity and fuel the imagination to solve even the most complex of problems. When people feel seen, heard, valued, and understood they in turn make others feel the exact same!
