While I am effective at creating harmony, it can affect my decision making. At times, I will hesitate, second guess myself (or forget to include my own perspective), or make decisions more with the intent of keeping the peace (vs. driving a specific vision forward).

I value building deep relationships, and like to work collaboratively with others while bringing something to life. When dealing with the unknown, I see it as critical to integrate the perspectives and leverage the skillsets of others. I use my relationship skills to bring people together, and my storytelling abilities to align groups around a shared purpose. From this place, work becomes a mission rather than a set of discrete tasks.

Things that deeply motivate me…
I love taking on new challenges that require me to learn and grow, and where the outcomes are uncertain. The things I am most proud of are the things that forced me to learn a new skill, or overcome an extreme obstacle. The results aren't always perfect. It's the adventure that I enjoy most.
