I put my best foot forward when tackling tasks and establish working relationships by being encouraging and a shoulder to lean on.

I like to get feedback when its given…

in the momentidc just tell me

I appreciate when I receive feedback in the moment, instead of down the line, so I can make necessary adjustments.

Relax? HA! Vegging out on my couch with my cat (between semesters).

When everything hits the fan, I like to sort out the problem... and then freak out later.

My areas for growth

Maintains effective work life balanceFosters high performance teamwork

I am "always on" and like to be available at all times for my coworkers. If I were to create more of a work life balance, I would have time to reset to come back as a refreshed worker who can tackle anything. Right now I am a very high performer, but I need to lean more on my team so we can cross train and give others the ability to learn.

How to make my day cover image

You will make my freakin day if you…

send me pet pics respect my timejam with me

Although I manage a lot of highly confidential and technical tasks, I do love to have a lit DJ session.

I learn best by…

doing ithearing someone explain it

I learn by doing! I can hear someone explain it, but in order to solidify the knowledge, I need to jump in the trenches.

When I'm stressed, you might notice me…

taking less breaks and tunneling into the tasks I am working on.

To help me with managing stress, I would love to take a brief coffee/boba walk with coworkers.
