Throughout the pandemic I start to reinvent myself and am still into it.

I moved to totally digital working environment, defined my own productivity rules and have found my professional destiny for the next 10 years: I want to make people see how education and learning can make them understand technology in a way that they are willing to make their contribution.

My biggest mistakes are that I think other people wish for the same

Ensure at which level and change willingness people are and accept, if they want to stay at their level / comfort zone etc.

Simply be holistically respectful with my role and responsibility

Calm down and simply very focused on the current task I need to accomplish

The negative stress typically comes with too many of an overwhelming amount of tasks to be completed --> I help to accept support.

Just recently when I completed a really challenging project

I am a complex character willing to spend time to understand people's rationale and am expecting at least some reciprocity for listening to me.

Scientists because of their evidencing research and the way how they have concluded their opinions for a particular change (e.g. Brene Brown). Parents, friends and colleagues because of the way how they shared their experience in a particular situation to make me feel understood.

I have definitely room for improvement in what to consider luck!

I, Maria Jose, am the multi-disciplinary explorer and productivity maniac who raises the bar that unearths new and relevant perspectives and anticipates needs and risks, to create harmony using intellectual honesty and transparency. I am doing this for change leaders commercializing new tech-driven ventures at high speed who are running into conflict and barriers in multi-nations organizations that are under pressure to tansform. I like to follow my passion in creating meaningful content that helps people understand complex matters, by providing simple and exemplary explanations, based on my expertise, and experience and enriched by evidencing research.

When I shared personal threats in the past, I didn't gain the impression, that I am having a dialogue - it was more a kind of "OK, can we just move on to our daily routines?"

I want to spread my ideas with more impact and based on purposeful collaboration and robust relationships. Networking is a starting point which I want to develop further by creating meaningful experiences with like-minded people.
