I typically say candor (funny enough). Candor is openness, sincerity, frankness, and honesty rolled together. I feel like the information will unlock the path forward. I am motivated by doing impacting work that is challenging and can be completed. I hate work that is repetitive and not progressive.

I love time collaborating, but need deep work/thinking time to prepare my response. I want to do all my meetings together so I can have multiple hours (at least 2) of deep flow time. If I'm lost in the flow, calls always work (but will ruin the flow) but prefer they are just emergency. Otherwise just book some time on my calendar in any free slot.

I almost uploaded the Avengers Assemble meme, but decided that's the impact. The first thing is what's the problem, who is experience, is really a massive fire or just a lot of smoke from a little fire, and the ever important who is really needed to fix it. There are some many questions to answer (pretty quickly) before we actual go solve the problem. I promise I haven't frozen, the computer is just computing.

I am motivated by progress and completion. Small deposits that acknowledging ways to move us forward together, solutions we have instituted, and places we can improve is amazing. Big shows are okay, but I definitely prefer small course corrections both positive and negative. I am also my biggest critic, so helping say this is enough, or that's already great is amazing.
