I work well independently and prefer to bring my work product to the team once it's completed. I set a high bar for myself and those around me. I expect a common adherence to an agreed-upon baseline of quality and timeliness of the work product. I prefer to work with a team of people who are more advanced than I am in some ways, so I can be challenged and learn. And I expect others to bring a moderate to high-level work ethic, as I do. I also want to work globally, and independently.
