The ideal team is working in full synergy. There is clear communication, alignment, & support. The team doesn't shy away from conflict but works together to work toward common goals. I believe it is important for a team to be encouraging of each other and others. Self-awareness is a crucial element as well and a skill that everyone can and needs to develop.

Really working on speaking up even if it's not the popular opinion but good for the whole team. I am also trying to manage the balance between work and life - sometimes cannot keep work at work.

I have found that remaining vulnerable and having empathy for the team and clients helps build strong, trusting relationships. I do really care about the development of those that I work with as well as my own. I think its important always keep learning and growing.
