Ideal team is a dedicated mix of doers and dreamers, passionate, intelligent, hard-working, respectful, honest, imaginative, and authentic -- and above all, caring and decent human beings. Environment -- WFH. WFA. If an office, a coworking space generally works best. You should know I like coffee and water.

On the time management front, I am experimenting with my schedule and working to identify optimal times in the day for peak energy dedicated to creative work output versus energy and focus applied to strategy, planning, operational or management work. I'm actively on a quest to adopt and apply 3-5 new skills per month, such as new software tools, growth hacks, and to acquire a new language with conversational fluency in the next 12-18 months. I continue broadening my network in new arenas. Separately, my aim is to publish a new book in late 2023, and to launch a major art installation in 2023-24.

I'm a conductor. I enjoy applying my ability to listen to people and see patterns, while absorbing a variety of ideas and knowledge, integrating and curating these to create in a manner that resonates with a broad audience.
