What I'm like at work
I think my ideal team to work with would be a group of people who are willing to spend the time necessary to make sure that their work is the best it can be. I want people who will not just casually throw something out there and call it good, but who really take the time to get it right. I also think that I'd like to work with people who are open-minded and willing to consider new ideas, even if they don't always agree with them. I want a team that's supportive of each other—and not just when things are going well. Finally, I'm not a great fan of daily meetings. I prefer having check-ins once or twice in a week.

I want to work on my ability to use imagery in my writing. Right now, I tend to use very little images; but, when I do use them, they're often stock photos or very cheesy clip art. For example, one time I tried using a picture of an airplane for an article about travel. It didn't really convey what I wanted it to and ended up looking kind of random because of its placement. I also want to work on my skills as an editor—I think this is something that everyone needs to be able to do well if they're producing content, but it's something that I haven't had much practice with because my job has always been more focused on creating the content itself rather than editing it. So now I'm going to make sure that every piece of content I produce includes some editing notes about what could be improved or fixed before it goes out into the world! Finally, and most importantly, I want to get better at making people laugh! It's so easy for me to make myself laugh—but when it comes to other people? Not so much. So this is something that needs improvement!

The ability to take complicated, technical information and make it understandable for everyone. It's not just about making the content easy to read, but also about making it engaging. I've always been able to see the world through the lens of others, and I've always been able to put myself in their shoes. That's what makes me great at my job. I'm not just focused on creating something that will sell, but also something that will genuinely resonate with people. I think of myself as a translator in this sense: I translate business needs into something that will appeal to the target audience, so they'll want to keep coming back for more.
