How I try to show up at work
I love a collaborative, playful working environment where everybody pitches in and good ideas are not just heard but also applied; where employees are considered partners in the company instead of soldiers being told what to do. I hate a micro-managing work environment. I would like my co-workers and my higher-ups to trust in my skills and experience and be empowered to make my own decisions and learn from my own mistakes.

To have an intentional approach to life, in general, which includes my work life, and let go of what I no longer need, in order to be more efficient in anything I choose to achieve, both at work and at home. I’d like to grow as a good storyteller. This means getting better at observing the little nuances of everyday life and listening more and knowing when’s the right moment to speak with the intent to understand.
