For starters, it's in my job description to be creative -- I'll drop a great idea wherever I can. I bring the other characteristics to the table because I suffer from excruciating Millennial guilt. So, of course I'll be reliable and hard working. It's not like me to take a sick day, even if I'm on the verge of being deceased. Being independent and self-motivated is ingrained in me after many years of being an only child*, as well as homeschooled. *Also see "assertive".
