I like to get feedback when I'm expecting it. With my disability, if I'm in a meeting and receiving unexpected feedback I can have a cry response. I may need to take a break, and I would appreciate a separate meeting to discuss it so I can prepare.

I have ADHD and it's a super power but it comes with a weakness. Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. This means I feel rejection more than others, and these emotions cause huge distress to me. I need to build coping mechanisms into the work place so I can get stronger, but also need understanding from colleagues.
