Things that deeply motivate me…
I love the feeling when you work somewhere with great people and can really enjoy your day and the work that you do. There's nothing worse than work not going anywhere or feeling like you're banging your head against a wall... and it doesn't have to be big things either - I make sure I can even tick of several little things in a day to get that sense of achievement, then I can go home happy.
