I like to get feedback when its given…

1:1face to facewith examples

I am learning to appear less defensive - it's usually just an emotional reaction to being disappointed in myself - so be patient with me :) I need to feel the impact through examples. don't really like generalisations.

Motivations cover image

Things that deeply motivate me…

Getting things done ✅Having a good time 🕺Working with people I love 🥰

I love the feeling when you work somewhere with great people and can really enjoy your day and the work that you do. There's nothing worse than work not going anywhere or feeling like you're banging your head against a wall... and it doesn't have to be big things either - I make sure I can even tick of several little things in a day to get that sense of achievement, then I can go home happy.

My Achilles Heel is…

Getting stuck in a spiral of problem solving or thinking.

Ask if I've gone down a rabbit hole and need to come back to the surface!

The best environment for me is:

space for deep work in the PMproductive collaboration sessions

My clock is wired for PM productivity and I need the alone time to go deep and focus on the challenge at hand. I can't stand a meeting for the sake of meeting... meetings need to be about collaboration, ideas, decision-making and/or valuable sharing.

My core values

I live for challenge and creative solutions to problems and can't get through the day with a bit of a laugh. I believe in treating people fairly and honestly - but my biggest thing is doing what you say you will... i feel awful if i don't deliver on my promises and feel a bit let down when others regularly do the same.

I learn best by…

doing it

I live for figuring stuff out... give me a problem or an outcome and I'll get totally immersed in trying to find a solution!

I'm energized at work by…

getting sh*t done.building stuffsolving problems
