I believe my obvious next step is to help others by mentoring and assisting with their goals, as well as defining actions. In my current role, as well in the previous two companies I worked for, usually I get to be targeted for any kind of "mentoring" talks, although (in most cases) not official. I also assist people I know in targeting better jobs, asking for raises and promotions, as well as make other difficult steps in life. I would want to become a stronger mentor, and aside from that, I would like to learn how to be 100% unaffected by difficult situations and obstacles over which everybody becomes anxious.

My superpower has proven to be great communication, through which anything can be managed - be it super hard work, difficult interpersonal situations, or unclear tasks. Direct, open, two-way communication allows me to have (as well as provide) a better overview of anyone's current situation, thus learning what exactly can be leveraged and by which player. This brings out the whole team's strengths out, making it incomparably easier to follow through with any task given. This approach also creates a warm, family-like atmosphere, where all team members truly care for each others.
