It was my responsibility to do all the research for the platforms, present all the options, but ultimately the decision was mine to make. I was also responsible for the implementation and have also been responsible for managing the day to day utilization of the platform for our staff. It has been very rewarding to see that the team welcomed it with open arms and we had 100% adoption. It has been a complete success.
