How I try to show up at work


i always need an outline for what meetings are gonna cover so I can be fully prepared with things to bring up. i don't like when there are too many meetings; 1x week at the most. I need my time to work on other projects and do deep work. I like for everyone to participate in meetings, to get their chance to speak up. I like an independent and collaborative team where we can put our thinking caps together, help each other out with anything, etc.
