As a professional, I have gained nearly 10 years of experience in various different roles that have taught me two key lessons. First, you have to show up for yourself if you want to show up for your business, your team, or your customers. Second, communication is of the utmost importance on your path to success. My background includes sales, customer services, human resources, digital marketing, people management, and leadership. As a leader, I know that these roles can be stressful, time-consuming, and emotionally taxing. BUT, leadership roles can also bring a significant amount of fulfillment, joy, and prosperity, and it can actually be a lot of fun! I have made it my goal to help those who are struggling as a leader to learn how to show up for themselves and to be better communicators so that they can make the necessary changes to become the leader they have always dreamed of being!
