Ideal team is full of A+ performers who produce great work, but also have a curiosity for learning/improving every day. I also care a lot about energy - I get along best with people who are passionate, optimistic, and also humble. I also care about pursuing a personal relationship with teammates in addition to professional relationship - how can I best support their long term goals, what are their life goals outside of work, what hobbies they pursue for fun, etc. Also am a sucker for a big team brainstorm once in awhile!
