I don't fear that I am - I know I am these things at times. I've received the feedback before and continue to work on it but I'm never satisfied and extremely hard on myself. 2.) I have high expectations for myself, self-proclaimed perfectionist so sometimes I worry that unintentionally extends to how I lead the work, depending on the project
