During our performance review season, I had to ensure that all teams handled the new system well. With constant sign-in issues and questions about the review itself. I fielded questions about the system and the best way to communicate the fixers to all different teams.

I'd love to learn more about camping and outdoor skills.

I enjoy being outdoors and disconnecting. Nature soothes me so much and I would love to get into camping so that I can safely do it.

I think these all point to being of service to others and that is my favorite part of the job.

I've always been a big supporter that emotions are going to seep into work and that isn't a bad thing! We are human after all. What matters is how we handle our emotions and hold space for others as well.
