My areas for growth

Stays composed throughout conflict or difficult situationsInvests and is interested in personal and professional growthWilling to openly have difficult conversationsBalances internal resources effectivelyMakes decisions promptly, even with uncertainty

I spent most of my life avoiding conflict even as an adult and to many times to my own detriment. I'm beginning to learn that conflict is like fire. The heat makes it uncomfortable and if not handled properly, it can burn and damage but fire when channeled properly can be used to illuminate, process, refine or even create something new.

How I stand out

Mentors and develops teammates for their growthCreates warm, caring relationships with teammatesFosters high performance teamworkPrioritizes common good over self-interestMaintains clear long term vision that drives decision making

Growing my team is priority for me. Self-interest in a corporate setting can be destructive - an organisation is like a multi-system organism. All parts are meant to work together to create a complete whole.
