I worry that my teammates might perceive me as…
A sporadic speaker that dominates the room when talking.
I have the tendency to talk a lot or take the lead in situations and more often than not I worry that for my more quiet teammates this might lead to feelings of annoyance or resentment. I have spent the majority of my life hiding who I am so now I tend to go into conversations boldly and passionately in order to make sure i'm staying true to myself and my ideals.

Don't make material dry and information heavy. Always inject a bit of your personality in your work and allow for a moment of laughter so that the work can be driven by personality and bonding. Strong relationships/bonds drive strong output of support/work.
